I wish we had more diversity in terms of backgrounds and experiences from our
football coaches.
Really nice to see Coach Young do a complete 180 compared to what has been normal with coaching tree. Burgess I am ok with as I think he has a great reputation as recruiter, where the other coaches are more development for players. Not saying they can't and won't be a great recruiter, they are more unknown at this time.
