The problem with being opposed to 1-and-done is that EVERY player could be and
often is '1 and done' in today's NCAA.

After 1 good year we lost...Jaxson, Noah, Aly, and nearly lost Dallin and Richie.

My point is that EVERY player is possibly a 1 and done with the transfer portal. You may as well get the most talented ones each year. Because the old 'build something and develop long term' mentality is dead. I know that's hard to swallow...but it's dead. However, you CAN build a brand of development, NBA readiness, and family while guys are in the program.

But again, there is no way to build a program with majority multi-year guys anymore (there will be exceptions of course). If guys are good, they will look to leave and get more money. If they're bad or not playing, they will look to leave and find somewhere where they will play.
