ESPN announces start times for both days of the draft.

It's clear that the purpose for spreading it out over two days is for the teams, not the fans, or else they wouldn't be starting day two at 4pm ET. They'll still televise it because it'll do better than Inside the NBA or whatever would be on at that time, but breaking it up was to give teams more time between picks.
