It looks like they are traveling through one of the portals Dr. Strange makes.
I wouldn't be surprised if they stumble into the final battle in Endgame, and if that were the case we could see all kinds of cameos.
But yeah either way I'm sure there will be all kinds of surprises. It will be one of those movies I'll want to see on opening day to avoid spoilers.
