Coaches/schools can't talk about players until they are enrolled and on the team.

Can you imagine how it would go if a coach at one school started talking to the press about how awesome it would be to have a player from another school on their team? All kinds of tampering and recruiting violations there.

I'm assuming that as they are on BYUtv, that makes Jarom and Spencer BYU employees - so of course they can't talk about a player who isn't yet there.
