He is a great offensive player in certain sets. But in the offense most think we will be moving towards, a back to the
basket kinda player will struggle. This isn't to say he wont get time. I think he will and certain matchups he will kill for sure. But in a role where he lives on the perimeter setting picks, taking the ball and reading defense and DHO or making a pass he struggles, and that is where we are headed. The "big" will set a few picks, roll, and touch the ball on the perimeter. Gotta be able to finish the lob to make the pick and roll with a guard real dangerous. Also gotta be able to dribble once or twice and get to the rim when your defender overplays the perimeter action. Not even going to mention that he cant switch anything on defense outside of a true 4/5.

I love Fouss, just dont think thats the kind of player that will thrive in the offense we are moving to. Maybe he makes some improvements and proves me wrong. I hope so. Maybe coach makes adjustments for Fouss and he kills. I hope so. He's a great kid and really talented within about 10 feet of the rim.
