How can you expect anyone to take your program seriously if you as the HC don't take it dead seriously?

And of course you got no shot at that big of a fish if you don't get on the list early — & are tireless & passionate in presenting your case. Besides money, love does win with these kids ultimately.

That Pope was the first HC to bring this level of guts & work ethic to BYU bball recruiting — is an absolute travesty. It's a big reason why coaches at the big programs get paid the big bucks.

It's a travesty that's hopefully forever in our rearview.
