So 3 of 4 far below Zillow and 1 10% higher. 2 lower than Redfin, 1 ~the same and one >20% higher.

For my old home in Chandler/Gilbert, AZ where home sale prices are public record, all six estimates (Zillow, Redfin, Opendoor, Quantarium, CoreLogic, Collateral Analytics) are less than 3% apart.
