cook. I made some smash burgers on the griddle. I'm not a chef/cook, and I've never even tried cooking smash burgers before. So easy, yet so awesome and delicious. I bought the smoker originally to, well, smoke...but I'm so happy it has both a grill and griddle. I'm a happy camper right now.

I had held out on getting into smoking for a long time now. Never really had the desire to do it myself, but then a friend at work brought in some ribs he smoked. They were the best ribs I've ever had. I couldn't resist anymore after that. I had to get into it myself.

I'm trying my first slow cook tomorrow. I'll be smoking ribs. Can't wait.
