Pluralsight is in deep crap right now. Vista partners are writing off their entire investment as a loss. Pluralsight may

completely shutter/foreclose and just fire sale to someone. This is a big deal as PE has largely been shielded from losses compared to other equities. could be the beginning of several like this.

A private equity firm took PluralSight private for $3.5B and has written down its stake to $0. 😮

PluralSight can’t afford to make the interest payments on the $1.3B in loans used to buy the company.

Depends if they want to liquidate in chapter 11 or restructure the debt. In any case, the lenders will own the company
