sixties, but it was a sit down place south of campus back then. I knew the son that ran it at the end off of bull dog. His father had passed, he came home from LA to visit his very old mother who was running the place, discovered she wasn't running it at all and took over for the last few years. Initially, just did it because he wanted to see it get to 50 years. Anyway, he was the one that moved it to the strip mall by fat cats when the taco shop building was sold and torn down. He was also the one that came up with some of the great flavors they used to come up with. Ended up running it for a few years past 50 years. Toyed with the idea of making it sit down place again like it began, but ultimately the numbers just didn't make sense and had to close it down.
