too far fetched under this latest ruling. If I'm understanding this right, might the following scenario occur?
Schools now will/can be paying $ to previous athletes back to 2016.
For BYU, that includes Nick Emery.
Paying him now for his involvement back then, including his transgressions, seems to negate the punishment he/byu/Rose received.
Common sense and decency should restore the vacated wins.
Or maybe just a hint of a possible legal action against the NCAA should easily be enough to get those Wins restored.
Am I seeing this wrong?
