The easy go-to for me is Pace Medium Picante. I know I'll always enjoy it with a bag of tortilla chips. We have a
couple of friends that know I like hot salsa, and they bring buy the hot stuff every Christmas. I think I have to cut it a bit each year as it's way too hot, even though it's quite good.
