What has just happened in the last few weeks is unprecedented at BYU. Brian Santiago’s career has just been solidified as he will likely retire as BYU’s Athletic Director because of the wonderful hire of Kevin Young and all of the good things that are now going to happen at BYU because of this.

Santiago will probably have a building named after him eventually. BYU basketball is in a very good place. Take a chill man.

This is not about Brian Santiago. It’s just a point to illustrate how good of a place BYU in right now probably because of Ryan Smith, Danny and Kevin Young. Brian Santiago will reap the benefits of the trajectory of BYU basketball and it could spread into football eventually.
