It had better be his last or the next season will be worse... in fact I dare Holmoe to not let Sitake go...
after a season with less than 6 wins, especially if it's 3 wins.

Here is the thing with Sitake... great guy and everyone loves him... no question about this at all. A lot of people really didn't like Bronco and Crowton but everyone seems to love Sitake... but my issues is and it has to be considered... why hasn't it translated at all to better recruiting? Where exactly is the disconnect?

We had an amazing season in 2020 and a QB drafted #2 and neither were capitalized upon.

The next season his team went 5-0 vs the PAC12 and an announced invite to the BIG12... still not capitalized upon

Then 2022 happened.... The wheels were completely shot off by midseason with the defense; everyone saw this happening back in 2019 It's literally no surprise at all that it happened. So then he has to fire his BFF and we had to start with a completely new defensive staff heading into our inaugural BIG12 season....

First season of the BIG12 saw the wheels come flying off with the offense, but defense remained somewhat steady. But now Utah is invited to the same conference and again... BYU see's little bump in recruiting and the recruiting that they do see improved came from the new defensive staff.

Simply put, Kalani can't recruit and it seems to be getting worse. Kalani's nice guy approach is great and all, but it meant very little prior to the NIL and it means ZERO in NIL recruiting world today. Kalani cannot recruit and that's a problem and it was originally what he was brought on to do.

So if we only win 3-5 games this season... Kalani has to be let go, not letting him go would send a really bad message to the fans and the players.
