and then continued to be relevant and innovative right down to their recent tenure in Vegas (even though they're well past the peak of their creativity).
I saw them at the Meadowlands on tour in the summer of 2017 and the place was packed to the rafters.
U2 is pretty much the opposite of "disappearing" - their hallmarks are reinvention and longevity.
