Give Kevin Young a chance, for crying out loud. The expectations and impatience are insane. Pope momentarily blew the program apart. Tom did a great job making a hire quickly (which still was too slow for some on this board).

Kevin is trying to put the program back together and has done an admirable job thus far. Things could be so much worse. And, in fact, things are pretty exciting all things considered.
