My neighbor has 6 wiener dogs that bark at everything all day.
I'm not sure if their barking his louder, or his yelling at them to knock it off and go inside.
Also - I'm not sure what the difference is between barking at everything and barking at nothing. But the bottom line is I feel your pain.
