They're really good, but they're slower than molasses
No exaggeration the first 3 times I tried going there was a sign that said they were closed. So weird.
Then on a random day when I was down in Provo, I decided to try one more time and they were open. I was the only one in there and even being just one person it took over 30 minutes just to get me the burger I ordered. I almost walked out. It was so delicious, but really weird at the same time.
I'm kinda surprised they're still open TBH.

Pastrami burgers are great (and a state treasure). But Crown Burger is just the most easily accessible good one

It is a good burger. It may be considered a great burger in Utah seems like not many options out there.
