ManicBlue Intervention Needed
It's not a "bad salary". That's hilarious. Also,
Collins' line his last 20 games ... 17 pts/10 rbs on 56% from the field, 45% from 3pt range, and 82% from the FT line.

According to PFs PER ratings. Collins is the 15th best in the league.

He started the year slowly due to being on a new team (much like Sexton last year) but tore it up during the 2nd half of the season.

The Jazz got him from Atlanta for Rudy Gay (who the Jazz were desperately trying to unload) and a 2nd round pick. That's it.

An NBA starter only making mid-$20M/yr is hardly a "bad contract".

Blaming Collins for Kessler's lack of improvement is laughable too. Kessler played nearly as many min/gm as any starter. Kessler's lack of improvement lies with himself. Kessler MAY turn out to be a starting center someday, but he's not close to one yet. He's a very good rim protector but can't defend the perimeter and is a liability on offense.
