Why don't schools line their coaching contracts with restrictions that prohibit
Recruiting when a coach leaves? Or is that against some kind of NCAA violation. A non-complete clause of sorts.
In the new era of NIL there's even more money at stake. It's becoming more of a professional sport. It seems to me that contracts are going to become a bigger deal.
