I am completely spit balling here, but I think transportation sector will get a major overhaul.

Truckers, Forklift drivers, Airplane luggage loading/unloading, Bus/Shuttle, Taxi driver.

That is supposedly over 3.5 million full time jobs according to Census.gov. . . But if robots can learn how to transport all of our crap, that is a lot of fulltime jobs that are going away, this will absolutely rock tons of small communities where Truckers settle down.
