New Mexico had lots and lots of higher education scholarships funded by their
Lottery. It felt like every high school kid who graduated started out college with a full ride scholarship.
I’m sorry your coworkers felt disappointed in Ohios lottery.
Edit: looks like it was more than a feeling… they basically give it to all high school kids who enroll as long as they keep their college gpa within eligibility requirements.
