I almost always tip 20%, I will go lower if the service is bad or you never
remember to come back and keep my drink filled up. I may go higher if you are exceptional at your job.
For the record, I don't ever look at the recommended % they put on the receipt, I just calculate on my own. But seeing that receipt, if it is real, is pretty dishonest IMO.
