in 2023 (of ALL streaming services, not just Disney+, and including Netflix) ... and it was released clear back in 2016. Pretty incredible.

Moana is incredibly popular IP for Disney, which is why they fast-tracked a sequel, but it's such valuable property that I doubt they would have made this happen so quickly if they didn't feel confident that they could make a quality product.

Any doubts to her popularity were put to rest when I was watching Fantasmic at WDW last week, and the crowd erupted in huge cheers (above any other character in the show) when she appeared.
