My mom died at the age of 87. That was back in 2010. In the last few months of
her life, it became too difficult to handle everything, so we took her to a facility that old folks with medical problems went to. She had a very hard time speaking at that time. Her home teachers from our ward would go there daily as well, and of course, my brother and I. My father had died quite a few years earlier. It is indeed a painful situation when these things happen, but it will happen to us all eventually.

Since I have some longevity in my family, and the fact that I am very health oriented, I imagine that I will live to the age of 90 plus. I still work out with weights 5 or 6 times a week, just like I did at BYU.
