Favorite part. The snorkeling was just ok. We did everything the OP mentioned but also did white water rafting near Arenal and it was awesome. The zip lines were the best I've ever been on.

Tabacon is also a big miss. Best zip line tour is sky trek in Monteverde.

Hit the Blue Falls on the way from San Jose to LaFortuna. Well worth it.
