sketchy person for a lease and that person said they'd meet them at the house to give them the keys. They had stolen my pictures off Zillow and advertised the house for rent super cheap with some story about being out of the country but they'd have a friend meet them with the keys. They'd arrive and nobody would show, so they'd call the number on the sign in the yard and get me.

Happened a couple of times, but it's been 10 years or so.
