I get it, losing all the extra pounds is *healthier*, but that doesn't make it healthy. There are tons of health benefits that you're missing out on from doing it the old fashion way. So while it's great people are losing weight, a lot of them still aren't taking care of their bodies. But, since they're skinny, it doesn't matter.
You're right, it's none of my business. You can do whatever you want. But people should be trying to be healthy, not just skinny.
