Hypnotoad All-American
I've come to believe that more than any type of restaurant, BBQ depends on
the expertise of the individual preparing the food. With proper equipment, training, and management you can assure a certain level of quality at most restaurants. But the moment a good pit master calls it quits, the BBQ joint goes downhill.
