I would create a subscription model for the hat aficionado. You take their size
and hat style & color preferences, and information about their favorite teams and brands, and send them a new hat every month or something like that.
I like to wear hats, but I don’t like things that look old, worn or stained. White hats are a great example. They look great when they’re new, but they don’t last long looking nice. I don’t take the time to shop frequently enough to keep hats fresh.
