Far worse than people who hate dogs, but don’t make it anyone’s problem, including any dog’s problem. Need to change
that ranking. Not equal.
Leaving your dog’s poop in my yard, letting him jump up on my kids or chase my dog, is waaaaaay worse than someone silently ignoring my dog because they hate dogs.
