You don’t know how tv ratings work. Champions league gets ~400m TOTAL VIEWERS, meaning that’s how many people will watch
at least one minute. Tv ratings don't care about this number. They care about average viewers for the duration of the program. The Super Bowl this year averaged 123M viewers. The latest champions league averaged ~150M.
