Did an NCL over the break and was surprised how bad it was
onboarding and debarkation were a total disaster. Huge long waits and our rooms weren't even ready when we finally got on.
I always thought NCL was a bit upmarket but it was a pretty rough crowd onboard.
Full disclosure, I haven't cruised with them in over 10 years but I am hoping my experience was an aberration and not where NCL is now/is heading
