You literally just said to write a contract to give him bonuses based on
success and recruiting.
You're saying try to sweeten the OL coaching job as much as possible. In other words you're suggesting BYU tries to make the OL coaching job more appealing than P5 OC jobs that Grimes might leave for. Unless you're saying Grimes should have a guarantee to get the OC job in his contract? Which obviously isn't going to happen.
Maybe it's your writing skills that are the problem.
