Yes. They would hold up to UCF, Houston, Cincinnati, BYU, Iowa State, Kansas,
K State, Baylor, TCU, and Okie State just fine. And they would have the numbers. There are now 18 teams including ND.
If Big 12 stayed at 12 or 13, ACC could lose 5 or 6 teams and still be as big as The Big 12.
