I taught at BYU for 16 years and I will tell you this... If you want to see examples of poor management skills, just throw a rock from the Athletic Building. Or even inside it. If you want to see more examples, just look around Utah Valley, all of Utah or anywhere else in the world. Or maybe just look in the mirror.
People rarely get things completely right, so when you are ready to fill those shoes, toss your hat in the ring.
