NCAA tournament should be P5 only

Schools like Gonzaga and UConn should never be part of the NCAA tournament. They just don't belong. These schools benefit with D2 level competition in their conferences, and get into the tournament and sneak up on worn down powerhouses like Kansas, Kentucky, Duke, UNC and BYU.

These small schools need to have their own tournament, and leave the big boy basketball to us P5s.
