If ARod believes Burton is the future

He will need to get him up to 2nd or 3rd string and develop him. I take my chances with keeping Fennegan over Billoups until Burton is ready. If Burton is ready, then make it a competition between Retzlaff and Burton and keep a QB or two behind them.
