The pastry is a strong vanilla flavor with some salt, and it’s fried in super hot corn oil to get the outside super crispy leaving the inside chewy, and then they put a crunchy cinnamon sugar on it. 5 pesos for a churro, so we got a dozen for our family of 4 for like $3.
