Bingo. Great OL Coach. Coordinator not his strength apparently
Somewhat ironically, wouldn’t surprise me to see him more effective at Head Coach than OC.
His teams would have an identity—I’d expect them to be consistently tough at least. Grimes fellow coaches seem to like and respect him. Maybe he could build from there.
