It's mostly about the team taking ownership of themselves.
As Pope said, it was also about getting their tendencies on film — to analyze & work on stuff.
Pope really embraced a heavy team-leadership model heading into last season (& nearly rolled w it the season before). And regrets he didn't go with that model earlier in his coaching career.
