His game is predicated on being able to get significant yards with his legs. Very unlikely he’s the same player his 1st year back, whether by design or due to physical limitations.

Him coming back hinders their ability to get a high quality transfer and so they’re stuck in limbo for another year with a below average QB in his current form.

The other thing that is going to be awesome is watching the Isaac Wilson meltdown. He is a gunslinger and Whit will not let his QBs sling the rock. I predict that he will be yet another 4 star Utah QB bust and the already tenuous relationship their fans have with the family is going to explode.
