A little info about PACS Field at LaVell Edward Stadium. Yes, that’s the name.
PACS (Professional Administrative Consulting Sevices), www.pacs.com, is in the administrative management business mainly for healthcare facilities. It’s been in business for about 18 years and generates over $20 million in revenue.
It’s registered under CEO Jason Murray (Weber State) and CFO Mark Hancock (BYU Marriott School) of Farmington, UT. I’m unaware if the CEO has BYU connections.
My assumption is that the founders have something to do with the sponsorship and official name change for this year. And I’ve heard (sorry, no official link) that they are heavily into the NIL deals at BYU.
Yes, we are all accustomed to Cougar Field at LES, but this year it’s PACS Field at LES. Regardless, I’m glad there are BYU alumni willing to donate large amounts of money to the program for business recognition at LES. Let’s support PACS.
