Big 12 prepared by stabilizing after UT and OU left and then cutting in line to get their TV deal finalized.

Yormark prepared the Big 12 to succeed by finalizing a good TV deal! But he certainly didn’t work against all odds and magically convince the 4 corner schools to leave the PAC, single handily destroying the PAC. He’s getting too much credit for it, good and bad (mostly blame outside the Big 12 circles).

The PAC destroyed itself and Yormark is only guilty of signing a TV deal and advertising the Big 12 is “open for business” and actively pursuing growth opportunities. He’s being labeled as predatory when he certainly didn’t have to be for the PAC to collapse.
