up thing at car shows. I want to see the car and the lines and how it looks. Popping the hood up ruins the aesthetic and flow to me.
I know a guy with a 2020 or so GT500 who always does that at car shows and I think it's so stupid to do with a modern car. It makes more sense with classic cars, but it's still dumb, IMO.
The guys are always sitting there so just pop it if someone asks so you can show them how polished and clean the engine looks and what you've done to it. Otherwise, it's annoying.
