Still gives me goosebumps to watch, just like 40+ years ago when I was there.
Attended the game at the Murph as a kid and stayed through the bitter end with my family (thanks Dad). We had several cousins who came down from Utah for the game that weekend but left early when it looked like things were out of reach.
The singular greatest sporting moment I've ever experienced in person at a live sporting event before or since. And I've attended 2 NCAA Football Championship games and experienced a World Series game victory for my team (not the clinching game).
Even wrote about this in my journal as a little kid, LOL (thanks Mom).
