I'm not sure I agree. And we're already to the point where no addition overlaps
with OU/UT anyway. I don't see why no other moves could be announced until the END of the 2023 season.
Now, I have to think that if there hasn't already been, there will be a "drop dead" date Yormark tells CU/AU they have to applied by if they want in for the 2024 season. They can't expect the Big12 to bring them in for 2024 with just a few months notice.

Nobody really knows but a relative few, but I can see a scenario where Colorado and Arizona told Yormark they can't
