Any rhubarb fans? Tried a new recipe of rhubarb cheesecake pie w/ sour cream topping. Very good (if I say so myself).

This is just a cup of sour cream with 2 Tbsp of sugar & tsp of vanilla stirred in then put on top of hot pie.
