To be honest I don't care what anybody's spark is, as long as it happens. He had planned on losing weight when his
company went under last year, lost his job due to that, and decided to take a couple of years off to focus on himself. It took a few months, but the conversation with his friends finally happened and all the right pieces fell into place to get it started and to get it done.
